Jim Kelly (’14), Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Community Development Clinic at Notre Dame Law School, was recognized in Notre Dame News for his work with students providing legal support establishing a community land trust (“Land Donation Supports New Approach to Affordable Housing in South Bend,” Mar. 5). With the university donating land back to the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Organization (NNRO) to build affordable, single-family homes, this community land trust marks the first of its kind in Indiana.
