Liliana Zaragoza Files Suit against Minneapolis Police Department for Social Media Surveillance

Liliana Zaragoza (’13), Assistant Professor of Clinical Law and Director of the Racial Justice Law Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, was quoted in the Star Tribune discussing the Complaint she co-filed on behalf of the Minneapolis NAACP for discriminatory social media surveillance by the Minneapolis Police Department (“NAACP Sues Minneapolis over Police Spying Allegations,”) Apr. 26. “These are accounts that are supposed to be used for official investigations.
