Robert Gordon Discusses Draft Plans for Student Debt Relief

Robert Gordon (’99), Deputy Director for Economic Mobility at the White House Domestic Policy Council, was quoted in Politico discussing the Department of Education’s recently released draft proposals on student debt relief in the wake of the SCOTUS decision striking down Biden’s loan forgiveness plan (“White House Details Draft Plans for Next Student Debt Relief Plan,” Oct. 30). Robert noted separate programs addressing different categories of borrowers are intended to provide “relief to as many borrowers as possible where the system has failed.”
