Tarra Simmons Celebrates Vacated Conviction

Tarra Simmons (’17), Washington State Representative for the 23rd District, was featured by the Northwest News Network celebrating the expungement of her criminal record and moving past what she calls an “invisible prison” (“Formerly Incarcerated WA Lawmaker Has Record Cleared, Celebrates Freedom from ‘Invisible Prison,’” Sep. 12).
