Jared Nicholson (’14), Associate Clinical Professor at Northeastern University School of Law and mayoral candidate for Lynn, Massachusetts, contributed an opinion to Itemlive.com proposing local actions the city of Lynn can take – chiefly, supporting local entrepreneurs – to advance recovery and address economic inequities exacerbated by pandemic (“Jared Nicholson: Recover Fully and Fairly by Supporting Lynn Entrepreneurs,” Apr. 13). “Lynn’s diversity is one of our greatest strengths. . . . We still have a lot to do to get through this pandemic and grieve the loss it has caused. We must also start planning for Lynn’s recovery so that it is thoughtful, productive, and inclusive of the communities that were hit hardest.”
