Vicky Selkowe Addresses Racine, WI City Council on Ongoing Initiatives for Equity

Vicky Selkowe (‘03), Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Community Partnerships for the City of Racine, was profiled in The Journal Times regarding her update to the city council on ongoing initiatives to address disparities in health, education, employment and policing, and efforts to help more residents achieve greater financial security and secure housing (“City Staff Give Update on Addressing Disparities and Inequity in City, Focus Remains on Housing,” Sep. 7). “The city is doing everything we can to improve and increase minority homeownership, health outcomes, high school graduation rates, financial resiliency and ensure that we have safe and healthy rental housing for everyone throughout the community. These are our top priorities.”
