Cara Hendrickson ('03) was also profiled by Chicago Lawyer Magazine as she embarked on leading BPI Chicago ("Ready to Go," April 2020). The first woman in the executive role in the organization's 50 year history, Cara reflected, "I'm looking to create a vision for the next 50 years, in terms of enriching the work it does now, especially in areas of housing, education and criminal justice reform. I have always had a passion for working in the public interest. It's important to me to work in partnership with people who want to make the world a better place."
