Former Fellow Ray Brescia (’92), a professor at Albany Law School, wrote a column for the Institute for Policy Studies’ Other Words newsletter detailing infrastructure and charitable crisis efforts (“What 9/11 Can Teach Us About Responding to Coronavirus,” March 24). “One of the most important successes of the 9/11 response was that the government, non-profit, philanthropic, and private sectors all worked together,” Ray said.
