Terri Gerstein Spotlights Deportation and Wage Theft

Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95), the director of the State and Local Enforcement Project at the Harvard Law School Labor and Worklife Program, wrote an article for The American Prospect reporting how the whistleblower and key witness to a fatal New Orleans hotel collapse was deported during the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigation (“When Anti-Immigrant Mania Endangers Public Safety,” Dec. 11). Terri also appeared on the podcast “Affording Your Life With Attorney General Keith Ellison” to discuss wage theft (“What Is Wage Theft? With Workers’ Rights Advocate Terri Gerstein,” Dec. 9).
