Former Fellow Steven Hawkins (’89), executive director of the Marijuana Policy Project, penned an article about equity concerns around cannabis legalization, which was published in Marijuana Moment (Sept. 23). Steven said that the “single biggest advancement in equity in the near term will come from an unlikely and perhaps even unremarkable source — access to regulated financial services.”
