Hugh Baran Discusses Airport’s Mandatory Arbitration Clause

Fellow Hugh Baran (’19) was quoted in a Philadelphia Inquirer story about the Philadelphia International Airport’s mandatory arbitration agreement (“Philly Airport Workers Are Being Forced To Sign Away Their Rights To Take Their Employer to Court,” Sept. 17). The article said, “Because the Supreme Court has continued to rule in favor of employers on the topic, Baran said employers ‘are flexing their muscles a little bit, seeing how far they can step.’”
