Former Fellow David Singleton (’91), the executive director of the Ohio Justice and Policy Center, was quoted in a New York Times story about the recent college admissions scandal (“By Turns Tearful and Stoic, Felicity Huffman Gets 14-Day Prison Sentence,” Sept. 13). “When you are rich — and particularly if you’re rich and white in this country — there’s a different justice system,” he said. “Sending Felicity Huffman to jail is not going to solve that problem.”
