Terri Gerstein Critiques Report on Forced Arbitration

Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95) co-authored an article for The American Prospect about a new report by the Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Institute for Legal Reform that found that forced arbitration is beneficial for workers ("The Chamber Speakers: Forced Arbitration Is Actually Good for Workers," June 5). "The first fatal flaw in the … report is in its basic methodology," Terri wrote. "Additionally, the report’s own numbers point to one of forced arbitration’s biggest problems: It prevents worker from ever bringing cases in the first place."
