Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95) wrote an op-ed for The Hill encouraging states to adopt wage-theft policies (“More States Should Follow New Colorado Policy on Wage Theft,” May 30) and co-authored a commentary for The National Law Journal on employment contracts with unenforceable terms, such as bogus noncompete agreements (“Are Employment Contracts With Unenforceable Terms Unethical?” June 7).
