Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95) was quoted in an article on the Center for Investigative Reporting’s website Reveal about presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren’s call for the Department of Defense and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to stop awarding contracts to companies that commit workplace safety violations (“Sen. Warren Urges Pentagon to Provide Stricter Oversight of Federal Contracting,” June 19). Terri also co-authored an article for the Economic Policy Institute’s “Working Economics Blog” about a misleading and error-filled report about arbitration released by an affiliate of the Chamber of Commerce (“Misleading and Biased Research: Why a Report on Arbitration by a Chamber of Commerce Affiliate Is Just Plain Wrong,” June 19).
