Elizabeth Saylor Resolves Discrimination Action Against MoMA PS1

Former Fellow Elizabeth Saylor (‘02) was quoted in a New York Times article about her client’s successful settlement of a gender, pregnancy and caregiver discrimination action against MoMA PS1, which allegedly rescinded a job offer after learning the client had recently given birth (“MoMA PS1 Settles With Curator Who Said Giving Birth Cost Her Job Offer,” March 26). “We hope that more people will follow [her] lead and take advantage of the robust protections that NYC law provides,” Elizabeth said.
