Brian Blalock Profiled by Santa Fe Newspaper

Former Fellow Brian Blalock (’07), who was recently appointed the cabinet-level secretary for New Mexico’s Children, Youth and Families Department, was profiled by the Santa Fe New Mexican (“Meet Visionary Tasked With Transforming CYFD,” Feb. 17). “Blalock — a lawyer, policymaker, educator and youth advocate with numerous degrees from some of the nation’s most elite schools — was chosen by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham to lead a child welfare agency that her transition team found was in need of an overhaul,” the article said.
