Aisa Villarosa Publishes Report on Immigrant Farmworkers

Former Fellow Aisa Villarosa (’11) published a research brief regarding the barriers to economic security faced by workers of color, women and immigrant communities in California’s Central Valley (“Past the Drought: Overcoming Barriers to Economic Security in California’s Central Valley,” December 2018). “Despite decades of rich contributions to the state’s economic growth, the Valley is the poorest region in California, with nearly four out of every 10 households unable to afford basic needs,” Aisa wrote.
