Terri Gerstein Advocates for Ending Forced Arbitration

Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95) wrote a New York Times op-ed calling for an end to the use of forced arbitration for all employee claims, not just sexual harassment (“End Forced Arbitration for Sexual Harassment. Then Do More,” Nov. 14). “It’s time to be proactive, not just reactive,” Terri wrote. “There’s no logic to ending forced arbitration for sexual harassment only and leaving it intact for so much else.”
