Former Fellow Matthew Colangelo (’03) heads the New York Attorney General Office’s Division of Social Justice, which is leading the office’s role as part of a coalition of 12 attorneys general that filed a lawsuit challenging the Department of Labor’s Association Health Plan (AHP) Rule. The coalition alleges that the rule expands the criteria for forming AHPs in order to evade consumer protections and sabotage the Affordable Care Act.
