Jessica Levin Discusses Lawsuit Challenging Testing Requirements

Former Fellow Jessica Levin (’14) was quoted in a NJ Spotlight article about a case she is working on challenging New Jersey high school graduation requirements (“PARCC Is on the Way Out, but Not Everyone Is Happy to See It Go,” July 12). “We’re glad the Murphy Administration is trying to address the many deficiencies in the graduation testing rules,” Jessica said. “However, we have not seen an explanation as to how these proposed changes would remedy the clear violations of state law set forth in our lawsuit.”
