Claudia Flores Discusses Abuses of Children at Southern Border

Former Fellow Claudia Flores (’03), who was recently named the director of the International Human Rights Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School, was quoted in several articles about the clinic’s recent report on the abuse of children by Border Patrol agents, including in The Chicago Tribune (“Abuse of Immigrant Children Alleged in Documents Examined by Chicago Law Students,” May 30). “There were so many complaints with so many horrible descriptions,” she said. “These are kids who are alone.”
