Brian Highsmith and Bonnie Tenneriello Challenge Jail Phone Fees

Fellow Brian Highsmith (’17), an attorney with the National Consumer Law Center, and former Fellow Bonnie Tenneriello (’97), a staff attorney with plaintiff Prisoners’ Legal Services, were featured in a Boston Globe story about a lawsuit their organizations filed challenging the excessive rates inmates are charged for phone services (“Lawsuit Challenges the High Cost of Calling From Jail,” May 3). Brian represented the families of incarcerated persons and Bonnie represented the prisoners themselves.
