Former Fellow Jared Nicholson (’14) published an article about transactional legal aid in the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality (“Offering Transactional Legal Aid to Low-Income Entrepreneurs,” March 16). “The goal of this Paper is to help transactional legal aid lawyers make hard decisions about how to allocate resources to meet client needs,” Jared said in the introduction. The article is largely based on the work he did during his Fellowship.
