David Hausman Comments on Government’s Appeal of DACA Injunction

Fellow David Hausman (’16) was quoted in a Law360 article about the government’s appeal of a preliminary injunction barring the Trump administration from rescinding Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“ACLU, Professors, Others Defend DACA Injunction at 9th Circ.,” March 21). David, a Fellow with the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, told Law360, “Our brief explains that the government’s technical arguments are simply incorrect and the Ninth Circuit should directly consider the arbitrariness of the government’s decision.”
