Former Fellow Dale Margolin Cecka (’04) was the lead author of the 2018 edition of Family Law: Theory, Practice and Forms of the Virginia Practice Series. The book presents the existing Virginia blackletter family law, discusses the law’s rationale and practical application, and looks at family law trends in other jurisdictions. Dale will continue to serve as lead author for all future editions of the publication.
