Incoming Fellow Kinjal Patel (’18) was featured in a Duke Law School news article about her project providing direct representation to low-income LGBTQ and HIV-affected Staten Islanders (“Patel ’18 Receives Skadden Fellowship to Serve LGBTQ and HIV-Affected Staten Islanders,” Dec. 15). The article also highlighted her other efforts and achievements, including the experience she has gained through clinics, externships, summer work and pro bono service.
