Former Fellow Claudia Wilner ('03) was quoted in a Memphis Flyer article about a lawsuit she helped file seeking to stop Tennessee's practice of suspending driver's licenses because drivers could not pay traffic tickets ("Suit Targets 'Destructive' Drivers License Policy," Sept. 22). "When applied to people like our clients — who did not pay only because they could not pay —these suspensions are fundamentally unfair," Claudia said.
