An article written by Cassie Chambers ('16) about fees imposed on parties to family law cases in many Kentucky counties was published by The Courier-Journal ("Justice Is Not Blind to Your Finances," Sept. 15). "Kentucky has to take steps to ensure that access to justice isn't based on one's financial situation," the article said. "We have to ensure that the doors of justice don't require an entrance fee."
