Former Skadden Fellow Aaron Halegua ('09) was quoted in an article in The Economist on a Chinese labor law that has hurt blue-collar workers while solidifying white-collar workers' jobs ("China’s Labour Law is No Use to Those Who Need it Most," Aug. 17). As blue-collar workers roam from job to job, Aaron says, their undocumented status can hurt them if a dispute ever leads to arbitration or trial.
