The plight of the Chinese construction workers assisted by former Skadden Fellow Aaron Halegua (’09) were featured in a Financial Times article about the opening of a multimillion-dollar casino in Saipan (“Chinese Workers Protest Against Hong Kong Casino on US Island,” July 6). The workers allege that they are still each owed at least $6,000 for their work on the casino.
