Former Skadden Fellow Jennifer Rosenbaum ('03) was quoted in a New York Times article about a Department of Justice investigation into a casino hotel construction site on Saipan ("U.S. Investigates Work at Pacific Island Casino Project With Trump Ties," May 4). The action "shows that the pressure on the construction site ... was to cut labor costs by seeking out migrant workers least able to complain and then pressuring them to work in substandard conditions," Jennifer said.
