Former Skadden Fellow Shira Wakschlag ('10) wrote three blog posts for The Arc, for which she is legal advocacy director, on Supreme Court decisions and nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch's disability rights record. One post was quoted in a Boston Globe column ("Gorsuch's Narrow View of the Law Has Cruel Consequences," March 29). Shira said Judge Gorsuch is prone to "very narrow interpretations of the protections guaranteed by federal disability rights laws."
