Skadden Fellow Jonathan Sgro ('15) of Community Legal Services in Philadelphia co-wrote an article printed in The Legal Intelligencer discussing new legal protections that his organization has helped secure for city homeowners ("New Tax Foreclosure Process Looks to Protect Homeowners," Feb. 27). Jonathan, who represents homeowners facing foreclosure due to delinquent property taxes, said the new process will improve "due process safeguards and access to organizations like CLS."
