An article authored by former Skadden Fellow Dale Margolin Cecka ('04) was published in The City University of New York Law Review ("Inequity in Private Child Custody Litigation," March 8). The article explored two-tiered systems for adjudicating matrimonial, as opposed to nonmatrimonial, custody matters. "Our country's family law 'system' is reflective of bias against poor families and families of color," the article said.
