Former Skadden fellow Toby Merrill ('12), director of Harvard Law School's Project on Predatory Student Lending, appeared in a New York Times front-page business section article about a lawsuit she helped file for former ITT students petitioning a court to make loan forgiveness part of the company's liquidation ("Student Victims Seek to Become Creditors in ITT Bankruptcy," Jan. 6). Toby also was quoted in a MarketWatch article about the suit ("1,000 Pages Detailing the Utter Havoc ITT Wreaked on Its Students' Lives," Jan. 5).
