On Nov. 16, former Skadden fellows Caroline Jackson ('12), Michael Stein ('07) and Mary Vargas ('98) will be among those receiving an Eagle Award from Disability Rights Advocates for representing Dr. Michael Argenyi, resulting in the deaf man's graduation from Creighton University. Its medical school had denied him captioning and sign language interpreters.
