Former Skadden fellow Catherine Albiston ('95) co-authored an article for the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender about the disproportionate number of low-wage workers who don't take family leave even though it is paid ("Just Leave," Spring 2016). Drawing on original survey data, the article documented and explained the barriers to using family leave, and proposed legislative reforms to address them.
