Former Skadden fellow Aaron Halegua ('09) wrote an op-ed on retaliation against workers in China for the South China Morning Post ("Employees in China Should Be Allowed to Protest Against Work Conditions Without Fear of Reprisals," April 19). The article said the same legal protection given to whistleblowers should be extended to workers who complain of ill treatment.
