A report co-authored by former Skadden fellow Bradford Adams ('12) on the increasing number of veterans ruled ineligible for benefits because of less-than-honorable discharges was featured in The New York Times ("Report Finds Sharp Increase in Veterans Denied V.A. Benefits," March 30). "It appears to hit the veterans Congress intended to protect," Bradford said of the increase. Denying benefits to veterans guilty of minor misconduct resulting from combat may go against the G.I. Bill.
