Skadden Fellow Sam Petsonk, a miner safety and health project attorney for Mountain State Justice, was quoted in a Pineville Independent Herald article about West Virginia Rep. Nick Rahall's appearance at a recent meeting of the Wyoming County Black Lung Association ("Rahall Speaks to Black Lung Group," Aug. 27). Rahall told the group that an amendment to the Affordable Care Act improves black lung claimants' chances of receiving benefits. "The people who come to these meetings help each other and support each other," Sam said.
