Terri Gerstein Publishes Op-Eds in Slate

Former Fellow Terri Gerstein (’95) wrote two more op-eds for Slate. The first piece criticized a proposal by two federal appellate judges to curtail discovery in all civil actions worth less than $500,000 (“Two Top Conservative Judges Offer Plan to End Discovery for Most Litigants,” Dec. 6). The second one applauded the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission’s decision to set an earnings floor for drivers for major app-based transportation companies, such as Uber and Lyft (“Finally, NYC Is Doing Right by Lyft and Uber Drivers,” Dec. 7).
