Fellow Jonathan Topaz (’18) authored an essay for Medium about the potential impact of the Trump administration’s plan to add a question about citizenship to the 2020 census (“How the Census Citizenship Question Could Affect Future Elections,” Oct. 29). “If the citizenship question goes forward and the census experiences a sizeable undercount, states with large immigrant populations could very well lose political representation in Congress,” Jonathan wrote.
