Ben Sachs and His Work Cited by New York Times Editorial Board

Former Fellow Ben Sachs (’99) and his work were referenced in a New York Times editorial about the recent Supreme Court decision regarding public sector labor unions in Janus (“After Janus, Unions Must Save Themselves,” June 27). “Benjamin Sachs, a labor expert at Harvard Law School … argues that even though workers pay union fees, that money ultimately comes from governments because the fees are deducted from the paychecks of public employees,” the editorial board wrote.
