Monica Andrade Comments on Greyhound’s ‘Rolling Traps’

Monica Andrade (’17), a Fellow at ACLU of Michigan, was quoted in an article on the website Common Dreams about Greyhound allowing its buses to serve as “rolling traps” for warrantless raids by Customs and Border Protection agents (“ACLU Urges Greyhound to Stop Letting Border Agents Use Buses as ‘Rolling Traps,’” March 21). “Greyhound has a Fourth Amendment right to deny CBP permission to board and search its buses without a judicial warrant,” Monica said.
