Fellow Pedro Spivakovsky-Gonzalez (’17) of Veterans Legal Services was featured in a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly video about his organization’s receipt of the publication’s Reginald Heber Smith Award for Excellence in Legal Services. Pedro noted that his clients, through their service, have been willing to make the ultimate sacrifice and that a lot of their legal issues are tied directly to that service. “The least we can do is give back to them,” he said. Pedro is the Skadden Foundation’s 2018 Skadden Fellow trustee.
