Eunice Cho Comments on Immigrant Client’s Hunger Strike

ACLU lawyer and former Fellow Eunice Cho (’10) commented in Seattle Weekly on the plight of client Jesus Chavez Flores, an immigrant who was placed under 20-day solitary confinement after he went on a hunger strike to protest conditions at a detention center (“Northwest Detention Center Hunger Striker Released After 20 Days in Solitary,” March 2). Eunice said, “We’re seeing the Trump administration engage in even more repressive tactics against immigrants.”
