Former Fellow Cathy Ruckelshaus (‘89) was interviewed on Saipan TV’s KSPN2 News station about the legitimacy of unpaid construction workers’ claims against Imperial Pacific International (IPI) (Dec. 13). Cathy said IPI should be responsible for paying the workers — who were employees of IPI subcontractors — under joint employer wage theft protections.
