Former Fellow Rachel Smit’s (’13) work on a lawsuit on behalf of female kitchen workers at the McCormick & Schmick’s seafood restaurant in downtown Boston was featured in an Associated Press article (“Female Workers Sue McCormick & Schmick’s Over Lewd Behavior,” Dec. 12). The lawsuit says that the women were subjected to constant groping and lewd comments from male supervisors and co-workers, and their complaints to the company were routinely ignored.
