Former Fellow Megan Golden (’92) has co-founded a new nonprofit, Mission: Cure. It convened the world’s leading pancreatic experts at the American Pancreatic Association meeting in San Diego on Nov. 10th to devise a 10-year plan to cure chronic pancreatitis. Building on a global movement toward outcome-based financing, Mission: Cure will partner with health care payers and philanthropists to provide financial incentives for improving patient outcomes.
